The petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to forthwith engage/adjust the petitioner as Extension Lecturer (Physics) against the available workload in respondent No. 3, Government College, Loharu, respondent No. 4, Government College for Women, Narnaul, respondent No. 5, Government Post-Graduate College, Narnaul, or any other

1.1. Further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to extend to the petitioner the benefit of the Haryana Extension Lecturers and Guest Lecturers (Security of Service) Act, 2024 (Haryana Act No. 1 of 2025), along with all consequential benefits and arrears flowing therefrom, by treating her continuous service as having commenced from the date she ought to have been engaged in pursuance of the judgment dated 06.05.2019.

1.2. It is further prayed that, during the pendency of the present writ petition respondents may be directed to forthwith engage the petitioner as Extension Lecturer (Physics) on a provisional basis against the available workload at respondent Nos. 3, 4 or 5, or any other Government College where such workload is available, subject to the final outcome of the present writ petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, upon instructions received, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
