In this view o f the matter, the directions so u ght by the petitioner cannot b e issued as it is not a party to the MOU entered into between the first and th e second respo n dent whereunder no payments a re to be made to the petitioner . Its right to ge t payment, if any, arises out of t he agreement dated 27.10.2017 , for which no d irection can be issued to the fir s t respondent - Corporation as i t is not privy to the contract.
