The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to recalculate the petitioner’s leave encashment by including 6 wrongly denied earned leaves and by applying the correct formula and consequently release the balance amount of Rs.40,050/- to petitioner without any further delay along with 15% interest. Further praying for quashing the impugned speaking order dated 18.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) to the extent that it wrongly calculates the petitioner’s earned leaves.
