The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for declaring the instructions dated 13.10.2017 (Annexure P- 4) as selective in its operation with respect to employes working in those public sector undertakings and autonomous bodies where New Pension Scheme stood adopted with effect from 01.01.2004 and in respect of the employees where the said scheme was not adopted being totally wrong, illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to apply the New Pension Scheme VINAY 2026.09.10 18:13 uniformly to all the public sector undertakings and autonomous bodies I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
