By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider and promote him to the post of Secretary, Municipal Corporation, with effect from the date the persons junior to him viz-a-viz respondents No.3 to 6 have been promoted.

The instant petition stands admitted, vide order dated 08.05.2007.

The office has listed the present petition in IOIN category for completion of service of respondent No.3, who has been unserved uptil now on account of incorrect address.
