The instant petition has been filed for directing the respondents to initiate application of agro-parole dated 13.03.2019 submitted by the wife of petitioner/Jatinder @ Kaku (hardcore prisoner) arrested in FIR bearing No.279 dated 18.09.2014 registered at Police Station City Urban Estate, Rohtak.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s).
The instant petition was ordered to be heard alongwith CRA-D821-DB-2017 and CRA-S-3181- SB-2017. It transpires that sentence of the petitioner-convict (hardcore prisoner) has since then been suspended vide order dated 10.05.2022 during pendency of the appeal(s), hence, no subsistence grievance would be survived in the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
