They all were going to the D MC, Ludhiana to inquire about the health of Bhan S ingh, their relative. At about 8:00 PM when they reached near the office of Libra Bus Service, his son Gurwin d er Singh and Baljeet Singh w ere going on their m otor cycle 50 yards ahead of t h em. They were on their side o f the road. One oil t anker bearing registration No. H R-46-5932 was driven back b y its driver without t h e help of any cleaner/conducto r , without giving lights and wit h out giving any sig n al, in a rash and negligent man n er, struck against the motor c y cle driven by his s o n Gurwinder Singh. Gurwinder Singh and Baljeet Singh along w ith motor cycle fell down on the ground. On acc o unt of accident, Gurwinder Si n gh and Baljeet Si n gh suffered injuries and mo t or cycle was also damaged. He (complainant) a nd Bhupinder Singh got admi t ted Gurwinder Singh and Bal j eet Singh at Civil H ospital, Malerkotla, where G u rwinder Singh died. Due to b e ing suffered with m any injuries, Baljeet Singh w as referred to Rajindra Hosp i tal, Patiala. They t o ok Baljeet Singh to Arora N e uro Centre, Patiala. Lateron, t h ey came to know about the name and address of the driver as Raj Kumar so n of Parbhu Ram, re s ident of Ram Nagar colony, H o use No. 34, Nazabgarh, Road, N ew Delhi. On rece i ving this narration of the inci d ent, police swung into action by lodging the FI R under reference and launched its investigation, upon comple t ion whereof, challa n against the accused was prese n ted in the court. 3.
