This is a petition filed unde r Section 528 of Bharatiya Nag a rik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, for quashing of impugned order dated 14.07.2 0 10 (Annexu r e P-4) passed by the learne d Judicial Magistrate First C l ass Dasuya, h ereinafter referred to as ‘trial C ourt’ only, whereby the petiti o ner has been d eclared as proclaimed offender by the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for the p etitioner has submitted that the petitione r would be satisfied, and wou l d not press this petition, if h e is permitte d to appear before the learned trial Court and a direction is give n to the learn e d trial Court to dispose of t h e bail application moved by the petitione r within a time bound manner.
