“By virtue of present p etition filed under Section 48 2 of BNSS, petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in c ase FIR No. 207 dated 02.10. 2 025 under Sections 18(c), 2 9 of NDPS Act registered at P.S. Guhla, District Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely r o ped in. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the disclosure statement suffered by co-acc u sed Pawan Kumar. He contends that the petitioner is not even named in the FIR and no t r ansaction ever took place between the petitioner and co-accu s ed Pawan Kumar. Besides, coaccused Pawan Kumar h as already been granted the concession of regular bail b y the trial Court vide order d a ted 31.10.2025.

Heard. Contents hav e been perused.

Notice of motion for 1 9 .01.2026. Meanwhile, without e x pressing any opinion on the m e rits of the case, the petitio n er is hereby directed to j oin investigation within seven d a ys from today and cooperate in the same. In the event of the a rrest of the petitioner, he shal l be released on interim bail o n his furnishing personal/su r ety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investiga t ing Officer. He shall also abid e by conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS.”
