1. The substantive prayer made in the instant petition reads thus:
“In view of the submissions made hereinabove, it is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be accepted and for reasons as mentioned, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue appropriate directions to police station City Thanesar District Kurukshetra so as to comply with the appropriate procedure as in the given case the police is unduly victimizing and harassing the petitioners; as on account of the matrimonial dispute of Simranjeet Singh i.e. petitioner no. 2 with his wife i.e. respondent no. 2 Prabhjeet Kaur, daughter of Harmeet Singh, resident of Jyotisar, District Kurukshetra, the local police is unduly calling the petitioners on telephone without even serving any notice under the provisions of section 160 Cr.P.C. (Section 179 BNSS) and in the even case since the petitioners have complained before the local police staff for demanding bribe and even FIR No. 005 dated 03.04.2026 U/s 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station ACB, Ambala, district State Vigilance & Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana (Annexure P-1) stands registered

against the guilty police officials; therefore, the petitioners have serious apprehension that the concerned police staff would unduly implicate them in false case on the said complaint of respondent no. 2 and therefore, the petitioners craves the kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to kindly issue necessary directions that in case the petitioners putting appearance before the concerned I.O. i.e. Police Station Jyotisar, District Kurukshetra and written/advance notice be given to them in case any appearance of petitioners required.”
withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy as enunciated in law.
