“It is most respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed, directing the official respondents No. 2 to 5 to ensure a fair, impartial, transparent and effective investigation by an independent agency in FIR No. 54 dated 09.02.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 34 IPC/Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, at Police Station Narnaund, District Hansi, Haryana, in the interest of justice.”
Haryana causes appearance on behalf of the said respondents. He (on instructions from SI Karambir Singh) has submitted that a cancellation report qua the FIR in question is already prepared and same shall be filed in the concerned Court latest within a period of 4 weeks from today.
