The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.96 dated 07.07.2026 under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3), 303(2), 324(4) and 61(2) BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 149, 147, 323, 324, 506, 379, 427 and 120-B of IPC), registered at Police Station Bapoli, District Panipat. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that all the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature. The co-accused of the petitioner have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court. As the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2026 but the charges have not been framed so far, the Trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, he is entitled to the concession of regular bail.

The learned counsel for the State does not dispute the factual contention that all the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The veracity of the prosecution case against the petitioner and his co-accused shall be adjudicated upon during the course of the Trial. Admittedly, the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2026 but the charges have not been framed so far. Therefore, the Trial in the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon. In this situation, the further incarceration of the petitioner is not required.

Thus without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner-Sandeep @ S.P. is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned CJM/Duty Magistrate, concerned.

The petition stands disposed of.
