Basic grievance of the petitioners in the petition in question is that trial in respect of an FIR Annexure P-1 dated 18.04.2021 stands stalled as an application under Section 358 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the prosecution on 23.09.2025 has till date not been decided.
