The prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No. 204 dated 22.06.2025, under Sections 351(3), 333, 191(3), 190, 117(2), 115 AND 110 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Urban Estate Hisar, District Hisar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P-2).

Vide order dated 29.01.2026 this Court had directed the parties to appear before Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded in terms of certain parameters given in the aforesaid order dated 29.01.2026 with regard to the compromise (Annexure P-2).

In terms of the order dated 29.01.2026 passed by this Court, parties have appeared before the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hisar and as per the report dated 24.02.2026 submitted to this Court, both the parties have got recorded their respective statements in Court.
