A short reply dated 10.09.2026 by way of an affidavit of Rohan Singh Hooda, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail, Kurukshetra has been filed on behalf of the State by the learned counsel for the State. The same is taken on record.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the concession of interim bail. However, in view of his medical condition, the Jail Authorities are directed to get him treated at the PGIMER, Chandigarh, or at any other higher centre, as may be required, immediately.
Disposed of.
