“1. It is humbly submitted t h at there is only one accuse d p erson namely Ruchar Bansal @ Vicky in the present FIR.

2 . It is humbly submitted that the accused Ruchar Bansal @ Vicky never declared proclaimed offender in the present FI R and no PO proceedings is pend i ng or initiated against him.

It is humbly submitted t hat as per the statement o f complainant and accused pe r son namely Ruchar Bansal @ Vicky as well as after his exam i nation in the Court, I am of th e view that compromise have been effected between th e complainant and the accuse d Ruchar Bansal @ Vicky i s genuine, voluntarily and wit h out any coercion or undu e influence.

4. It is humbly submitted that t here is no other FIR registere d against the said accused.

Learned State counsel has not r aised any dispute regarding th e factum of c ompromise. Since the matter has been amicably resolved , continuation of the criminal proceedings wo u ld be an exercise in futility.

Following principles of law l aid down by the Full Benc h Judgment of this Court in “Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and another” 2007(3) RCR (Criminal) 1052 and Hon’ble Supreme Court i n “Gian Singh Versus State of Punjab and others”(2012) 10 SCC 303, th e petition is al l owed.
