In v iew of aforesaid, the prese n t petition is disposed of and t he petitioner is o r dered to be released on int e rim bail for four days i.e. from 02.06.2026 to 05.06.2026, under police c u stody subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to t h e satisfaction of the concer n ed Chief Judicial M agistrate/Duty Magistrate. 5. Consequently, the petitioner shall be released from the Dis t rict Jail, Bhondsi, Gurugram solely for the pur p ose of his marriage and related functions fro m 02.06.2026 to 05.06.2026, however subject to deposi t of Rs.25,000/- towards the expenses of esc o rt duty and allied arrangem e nt, subject to an y further assessment by the competent authority along w ith the following c o nditions:-
