The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to her in case FIR No.68, dated 04.04.2026, registered under Sections 331(4), 305, 3(5) of B.N.S, 2023 { corresponding Sections 457,380,34 of IPC}, registered at Police Station Sada Nakodar, District Jalandhar, Punjab

While granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the following contentions were noticed by this Court:-

“It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has submitted that the petitioner is the labourer of the co-accused, namely, Charanjit Singh, who is already behind bars. He has submitted that only being the labourer of the co-accused, the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in the present case. He has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and thus, no prima facie case as alleged against the petitioner is made

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 06.05.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 06.05.2026 is made absolute.
