Th e instant petition has been fil e d under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Naga r ik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners i n case bearing FIR No.15 date d 16.01.2024 registered under Sections 302, 4 5 9, 323, 325, 506, 148, 149 of t he Indian Penal Code, 1860 [now Sections 1 03, 331(7), 115(2), 117(2), 35 1 (2) & (3), 191(3) & 190 of the Bharatiya N yaya Sanhita, 2023] at Police S tation Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.
