The substantive prayer made in the petition reads as follows -
“It is, therefore, most respectully prayed the present petition may kindly be allowed and FIR No.69 dated 9.2.2018 (Annexure P-1) Under sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC of 1860, Faridabad Kotwali, Faridabad, as well of District of of Full Bench as all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on account settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2 /complainant by way issuing No Due Certificate on 14.8.2019 (Annexure P-2) effected between the parties, with mutual consent in view judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court in case titled as "Kulwinder Singh & ors Vs. State of Punjab & anr." 2007 (4) Criminal Court Cases 153, may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.”
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that
there is no valid compromise qua the FIR in question.
In view thereof, the petition in hand is dismissed.
