The complainant has preferred the present appeal against the judgment dated 15.01.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak, in FIR No. 65 dated 31.01.1998 registered under Sections 366, 511, 120 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak, to the extent that respondent-accused Kanwar Singh was held guilty only for the offence punishable under Section 323 IPC and was acquitted/discharged of the remaining charges, including those under Sections 364-A and 511 IPC.
