The petitioner/defendant N o.6 has filed the present revision petition seeking setting aside the impugned order dated 20.09.20 1 8 (Annexure P-7) passed by th e learned trial Court whereby the appl i cation (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner for deexhibitin g document Ex.PW6/5 has been dismissed.

It is inter alia submitted b y learned counsel for the petitione r that there were three civil suits pending between the parties. For purp o ses of present Civil Revision, t he relevant suits are: 1.Civil Suit No. 2 07 of 2011 titled as “Mohi n der Kaur and another vs. Ramesh P uri and others” for declaration ; and 2. Civil Suit No.93011 of 2013 t i tled as “S. Sukhwinder Pal Sin g h vs. S. Joginder Singh and another” for partition. It is submitted th a t in one of the said civil suit being Ci v il Suit No.207 of 2011 titled as ‘Mohinder Kaur and another

It is submitted that howeve r , the learned trial Court had passed t h e impugned order dated 24.9. 2 018 in the connected Civil Suit No. 9 3011 of 2013 titled as “S. S u khwinder Pal Singh vs. S. Joginder Singh and another”. It is subm i tted that on the short ground itself, th e impugned order is not ma i ntainable as the document Ex.DW2 / A upon the part of the record of the civil suit No.207 of 2011.
