Pe oner herein is the judgment debtor in Execu on Case No.156 of 2024 tled ‘ Gurpreet Singh vs. D.B. Corpora�on Ltd.’ pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib. Pe oner is aggrieved by the order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-9), whereby the calcula ons submi?ed by it regarding the amount payable to the decree holder have been declined.

As the impugned order would reveal that the amount is payable to the decree holder as per Majithia Wage Board Recommenda ons. The decree holder filed his calcula ons, which are to the tune of more than Rs.1.5 crore. On the other hand, the calcula ons of the JD – pe oner are only for an amount of Rs.1,100/-. There appears to be no effort on the part of the Execu ng Court to get any of the calcula ons verified/cer fied from any Chartered Accountant.

In the aforesaid circumstances, without issuing any no ce to the respondent lest it may delay the proceedings, the impugned order is set aside and the Execu ng Court is directed to get the calcula ons of both the sides verified from some Chartered Accountant, who has to verify the calcula ons by taking into account the Majithia Wage Board
