Pe��oner herein is a decree holder of execu�on pe��on No.97 of 2018, �tled as “ Vinay Malhotra through LRs v. Malkit Ram @ Jeet Ram through LRs’ , pending before the Execu�ng Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Jalandhar. A decree for permanent injunc�on was passed in his favour way back on 04.05.2017. For implementa�on of the said decree, the execu�on was filed way back on 14.02.2018 as is evident from Annexure P-2.

Pe��oner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that despite repeated direc�ons of Hon’ble Supreme Court issued from �me to �me and despite the pendency of the execu�on for the last approximately 08 years, the execu�on pe��on is not being disposed of for one or the other reasons as the JDs are adop�ng all kinds of delaying tac�cs. A simple prayer made by learned counsel for the pe��oner is to direct the concerned Execu�ng Court to dispose of his execu�on pe��on, expedi�ously.

This Court has gone through the numerous zimni orders as have been passed by the Execu�ng Court from �me to �me, which make it to appear that the conten�on as raised by learned counsel for the

Without commen�ng anything on the merits of the case, the present revision pe��on is hereby disposed of with a direc�on to the concerned Execu�ng Court to take effec�ve steps in disposing of the execu�on pe��on in a �me bound manner, preferably on or before 30.04.2026.
