The present revision petition e r/tenant laying challenge to the eviction o r der 13.03.2019 passed by the l e arned Rent Controller, Kaithal whereby t h e eviction of the petitioner fr o m the demised premises was ordered.

At the very outset, learned co u nsel for the parties are ad idem that the e n tire dispute stands settled b e tween the parties by way of Compromise Deed dated 14.05.2026, as p er which the petitioner-tenant has undert a ken to vacate the demised pre m ises on or before 15.08.2026. A photocopy of the aforesaid Compromise D eed dated 14.05.2026 handed over is ta k en on record. Both the parties w ho are present in person have also admitted the factum of compromise and furnished photocopies of their Aadhar Cards duly identified their respective counsel. The same are also taken o n record.
