Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 11.11.2025 (An n exure P-2) passed by a coordinate B ench of this Court in CWP-33355-2025 titled as “Sandeep Singh a n d others vs. State of Pun j ab and others”, whereby responde n ts No.1 to 3 therein were dir e cted “…to pass a speaking order, a f ter affording them an opport u nity to be heard, within a period o f 03 months from the date of rec e iving a certified copy of this order. F urther, the decision taken ther e of shall be conveyed to the petitione r s. Needless to say, if the petitioners are found entitled to the relief sou g ht, the same shall be granted f o rthwith by respondents No.1 to 3….”.
