The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2772-2025, whereby matter was remitted to the concerned authority to revisit the issue by passing a fresh order.

In compliance of the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2772-2025, compliance affidavit dated 20.01.2026 of Jitender Kumar, IAS, Director General Secondary Education, Haryana, along with sanctioned order dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure R-1) has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry, which is taken on record.
