Even, the compliance affidavit of Sonali Giri, IAS, Secretary Department of School Education, respondent No.1, which is also taken on record. Along with the said affidavit, the State Counsel has also annexed the speaking order dated 25.02.2026, passed by the concerned Authorities.

In the light of the aforesaid, when the speaking order, as such, has been passed, without prejudice to the rights of the parties, to be adjudicated, on the basis of the said speaking order, counsel for the applicant at this stage, submits that she does not want to pursue with the present contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the order dated 25.02.2026, if need so arises.
