Petitioner has filed this petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-15610-2026.

Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.05.2026, a detailed speaking order has been passed after deciding the representation, and a copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is disposed of as such.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
