Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience and non-compliance of order dated 29.10.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Writ Court in CWP-31253-2025, titled as ‘ Sahil Wadhera and others vs. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences and others’ , the operative part of
which reads thus:-
“5. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure P-8), served by the petitioners within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. ”
as to when the certified copy of the aforesaid order was communicated to the
respondents. Further, perusal of communication dated 30.10.2025 (Annexure
