Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of interim order dated 25.9.202 3 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co-ordin a te Bench of this Court in Civi l Revision No.5414 of 2023 titled as “ Sunder (now deceased) throug h his LR Hargovind vs. Lala Ram thr o ugh his LRs and others”, w h ereby the trial Court was directed ‘ to adjourn the case beyond the d ate fixed by this Court ’.
