Petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful and intentional disobedience of order dated 12.12.2025 passed in CWP-37313-2025 titled as ‘Harinder Pal Kaur Vs. State of Punjab and Others’ (Annexure P-1) .
On the previous date speaking order dated 02.09.2026 was annexed in the present case. Copy already received by learned counsel representing the petitioner. No further action is required, therefore, present contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Petitioner is given liberty to avail legal remedy available to him
as per law.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
