Petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful and intentional disobedience of order dated 11.11.2025 passed in CWP-33428-2025 (Annexure P-3).
Today, compliance report has been filed through Registry which is taken on record. Along with the report, copy of speaking order dated 13.08.2026 (Annexure R-1) has also been produced. Copy received by learned counsel for the petitioner. No further action is required in the present contempt petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate legal remedy available to him, as per law.
