Present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of order dated 11.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-21240-2025, whereby a direction was issued to respondent No.4 in the writ petition to treat the writ petition as a representation and to decide the same within a period of three months.

Today, learned State counsel has handed over a photocopy of order dated 30.06.2026 passed by the office of the learned Deputy Commissioner, Patiala, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. A copy thereof has also been handed over to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, while referring to the said order dated 30.06.2026, submits that the direction contained in order dated 11.11.2025
