Status report filed by the respondent No.3 is taken on record. Copy given to the counsel representing petitioners.
Learned counsel representing petitioners states that leave encashment was to be paid in four installments. Three installments are already received and fourth installment is due in October. Regarding arrears of pay, it is pointed out that monthly installment has been received till the month of July, 2026. It is informed that installments of arrears of pay will conclude approximately in the month of March, 2027.
As for now, no further action is required. Respondents are required to pay the installments regularly as agreed upon. Present contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case there is any lapse in the payment of aforesaid amount then the petitioners are at liberty to seek revival of contempt petition.
