Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged violation of the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-32794-2025 (Annexure P1). The operative part of the said order is as under:-
“In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of and respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-11) in terms of the judgment rendered by a Full Bench of this Court in A.S. Randhawa’s case (supra) and pass a speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.”
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
