Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 05.8.2025 ( A nnexure P-1) passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-1 8 556-2025 titled as “Santosh Devi vs. State of Haryana and others ” , whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction to respond e nt No.2 “…to consider and decide th e representation of the petitioner dated 09.6.2025 (Annexure P-7) for p ayment of interest for the dela y in delivering possession, in accordance with law within a period of 0 2 months from now.”
