Accordingly office of the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana assigned PGD No.747774/747578 dated 17.02.2026 to the said application and entrusted the same to the answering deponent. Accordingly the answering deponent examined the said application during which it was revealed that earlier inquiry into the same allegations has already been conducted and that the matter relates to the money transactions during the business dealings between the parties which constitute civil dispute and no police action is warranted in the matter.”
