The present contempt peti t ion has been filed alleging violation o f order dated 27.05.2025 ( A nnexure P-1) passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-340 9 -2019, titled as ‘Chanan Singh and anoth e r vs. State of Punjab and others’ whereby the writ petition was

disposed o f with the following observations:-

“4. Learned counsel for re s pondent No. 3 submits that the private respondent will not c r eate any hindrance or obstacle to the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the secured asset but would seek recour s e to the alternative remedy in accordance with law challe n ging the order passed by the District Magistrate.”
