Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 22.8.2024 (An n exure P-1) passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CW P -6964-2023 titled as “Ram Niwas Y a dav and others vs. State of H a ryana and others”, whereby the same was disposed of in terms o f judgment dated 19.5.2022 (Annexu r e P-2) passed by a Division B e nch of this Court in CWP16880-2 0 20 titled as “Yatindra Kumar G upta and others vs. State of Haryana a nd others”.
Learned counsel for the peti t ioner submits that as per the said ord e r dated 19.5.2022 (Annexure P-2), the petitioners were entitled t o medical reimbursement from t h e respondents. It is pointed

out that t h e order dated 19.5.2022 (Annexure P-2) was challenged by the respo n dents before the Hon’ble Supr e me Court by way of Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).14826 of 20 2 2 titled as “Housing Board Haryana a nd others vs. Yatindra Kumar G upta and others” (Annexure P-3), wh i ch was disposed of vide orde r dated 19.09.2022, whereby observin g that “…We hope and trust t h at the petitioner-Board will give ben ef its of the judgment to all retire e s of the Board….” . Learned counsel s ubmits that therefore the Hon’ b le Supreme Court not only affirmed the directions of the Writ Court to release medical reimburs e ment to the petitioners but has f urther directed that even the retirees o f the respondent-Board sh a ll be entitled to medical reimburs e ment.
Per contra learned counsel for the respondents submits that the s aid directions were issued in r e spect of the Housing Board Haryana, Panchkula; whereas the res p ondent herein is Haryana Schedule d Castes Finance and Develo p ment Corporation, which is having n o source of income unlike the H ousing Board. It is further submitte d that vide order dated 13.6.20 2 5 (Annexure R-1) the claim of the pe t itioners from 22.8.2024 i.e. the date on which the Civil Writ Petitiion No.6964 of 2023 (Annexure P-1) was disposed of, has already b e en released.
Learned counsel for the pet i tioners does not dispute that pursuant to the Writ Court order date d 22.8.2024 (Annexure P-1) payment has been given to the petiti o ners, however, submits the petitione r s are entitled for the payment f r om 30.5.2018 i.e. the day on

which th e ir claim was rejected by the r espondents and which order was set a s ide by the Writ Court vide orde r dated 22.8.2024.
Learned counsel for the r e spondents submits that the
petitione r s have not submitted any claim f or the said period.
In view of the above facts n o further direction is required
to be iss u ed to the respondents. Accor d ingly, the present contempt
petition i s disposed of .
Rule stands discharged. Pending application(s), if an y , shall stand(s) disposed of.
