The present contempt peti t ion has been filed alleging violation o f order dated 14.05.2025 (An n exure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in C W P-13828-2025, titled as ‘Vid y awati vs. State of Haryana and another’ w hereby the writ petition was d isposed of with the following

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon th e merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of wi t h a direction to the respondent No.2-Director, Women and C hild Development Department, Haryana to decide the claim raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition by treati n g the same as a representation and to pass a speaking an d reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified c opy of this order and a copy o f present petition along with ac c ompanying Annexures.”

passed by the respondent wherein the cl a im made by the petitioner has been allo w ed; and same pay scale along with all consequential benefits have been g ranted to the petitioner.

Copy of Order dated 27.03. 2 026 handed over in Court is taken on r e cord. A copy thereof, has also b een supplied to learned counsel for the pet i tioner.

Learned counsel for the p e titioner refutes the aforesaid submissio n s of learned counsel for the re s pondent-State and submits that only notio n al pay scale has been granted t o the petitioner. It is, however, admitted b y learned counsel for the petit i oner that the petitioner herein was not a p arty before the Writ Court in t h e aforesaid writ petition baring No. CWP-18041-2020. Further, learned c o unsel for the petitioner submits that he ma y be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitio n er to challenge the Order dated 2 7.03.2026.

In view of the facts noted above, no further orders are required t o be passed in the present p etition; and the same stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner challenge the aforesaid O rder dated 27.03.2026, in accor d ance with law.
