The present contempt peti t ion has been filed alleging violation o f order dated 29.10.2025 (An n exure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in C WP-27022-2025, titled as ‘Aslam Khan vs. State of Haryana and others’ whereby the writ petition w a s disposed of on the basis of statement m ade by learned counsel for th e State that the enquiry against responden t No. 9 therein shall be comple t ed and taken to its logical end within a p e riod of 03 months. 2. At the very outset, learne d counsel for the respondent submits th a t in compliance of the order d a ted 29.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) the enquir y stands concluded and submitt e d to the Higher Authorities on 27.04.202 6 . Learned counsel has filed in C ourt reply dated 04.05.2026 by way of aff i davit of Ms. Poonam, Superinte n dent of Police, State Vigilance and Anti C orruption Bureau, Gurugram; and para No. 12 of the reply reads as fo l lows:-

“12. That after due complia n ce with the said observations, the inquiry report was again s ent to the competent authority

vide Memo No. 1416 date d 19.03.2026. That thereafter, certain objections were again raised by competent authority, and the inquiry report was re c eived back on 20.04.2026 vide Memo No. 7275 dated 16.0 4 .2026. That after compliance with the said observations, t h e inquiry report was re-sent to the competent authority, i.e., t he Director General of Police, State Vigilance & Anti-Corr u ption Bureau(H), vide Memo No. 2145 dated 27.04.2026 f or further necessary action in accordance with law, and the same has also been sent to the Government of Haryana for fi n al approval in the matter.”
