Considering the aforesaid circumstances and the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is hereby allowed and the guardianship petition titled “ Yuvraj Singh v/s Neha Verma” , filed by the applicant, stands transferred from the Family Court, Ludhiana to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Malerkotla. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Ludhiana, to the District and Sessions Judge, Sangrur.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Sangrur, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Malerkotla. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Malerkotla, within a period of one month from today onwards.
