and have executed settlement agreement dated 16.07.2025, which is taken on record as Ex.A1.

In the light of above, the transfer application i.e. TA-538-2022 and CRM-M-50669-2023 have been rendered infructuous. However, it is clearly directed that all the parties shall stay bound by their obligations as agreed upon in the settlement agreement and in case any of the party violates the same, they shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

Accordingly, aforesaid petitions are disposed off in the above

terms.

Since the main cases have been decided, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands also disposed of.

Photocopy of this order be placed on the connected file.
