Applica�on bearing No.CM-14321-C-2025 is moved under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Sec�on 151 CPC for withdrawal of the main appeal, i.e. RSA-4257-1999 as the ma+er has been compromised amongst the par�es. Though applica�on is supported by affidavit of Smt. Ranjit Kaur, one of the LRs of appellant - Balour Singh, but no compromise deed is annexed along with the applica�on.

Learned counsel for the applicants-appellants submits that he will be sa�sfied in case the appeal is simply permi+ed to be withdrawn. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objec�on to the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the applica�on bearing No.CM-14321-C-2025 stands disposed of and the main appeal, i.e. RSA4257-1999 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
