On the last date of hearing, counsel for the par�es made a request to issue fresh no�ce to both the par�es submi�ng that despite all possible efforts, par�es were not in their contact. Pursuant thereto, no�ce to both the par�es was issued, which has been received back with the report that no such person is residing at the given address of the appellant and against respondent Nos.1 to 3 report of incomplete address has been received. Despite making all possible efforts, the whereabouts of the par�es are not known and the counsel appearing on their behalf are unable to contact them. It appears that both the par�es are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed in default for want of prosecu�on with liberty to get it revived, in case any cause of ac�on s�ll survives.
