Instant appeal has been preferred by the appellants against judgment and decree dated 25.01.2002 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib dismissing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 06.08.1999 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib.

Vide order dated 24.03.2025, it was recorded that counsel for the appellants had pleaded no instructions and therefore, notice was issued to the appellants and as per office report, appellants have refused to accept notice.

In the light of no representation on behalf of the appellants, present appeal is dismissed in default with liberty to the appellants to seek its revival only in case any cogent cause of action survives.
