Pursuant to the order dated 11.11.2024, no�ce was sent to both the appellants in RSA No.1381 of 2000, who are respondents in RSA No.3743 of 2000; and the four appellants of RSA No.3743 of 2000, who are respondents in RSA No.1381 of 2000. As per report received from the Registry, none of the appellants of both the appeals are residing at the given address. Learned counsel, who were represen�ng them had since expired. In these circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of both the appeals with liberty to the appellants to get them revived, in case any cause of ac�ons s�ll survives.
