Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of present appeal, the appellant has expired and he has tried his best to contact the legal representatives of the appellant but is unable to do so. He further submits that taking into consideration the above fact, the present appeal may be disposed of having rendered infructuous, however, with liberty to file an application for revival of the appeal, if need so arises, at later stage.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present appeal is disposed of having been rendered infructuous with liberty aforesaid.
