The instant review application has been filed for seeking review of judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-12118-1997 to the extent that the applicant(s)-petitioner(s) are entitled to pay scale equivalent to Naib-Tehsildar after 01.05.1990 onwards revised from time to time and also to arrears of atleast three years two months prior to filing of the writ petition.

“The present petition is disposed of at this juncture with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of pay scale equivalent to the post of Naib Tehsildar with effect from 01.05.1990.

Let the aforesaid decision be taken by the respondents within a period of three months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. The benefits shall be calculated on notional basis and the consequential revision of the retiral/pensionary benefits be ascertained and disbursed to the petitioners for three years
